WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY SESSION?
We require session fees to be paid upfront at the time of booking. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Payment can also be made online.
For events, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date., with the balance being due in full 10 days prior to your event.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY PHOTOS & ORDER PRINTS?
We use personalized online galleries for client viewing and downloading. Share your gallery with colleagues and employees, and place orders right online! Image disks or USBs may be added to, or included with some packages.

HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN SEE MY IMAGES?
We offer boutique photography and film services. This means that we spend extra time on our editing process. For general photo sessions, please allow up to 3 weeks for image delivery.
For event services, highlight previews are usually available withing 2-3 weeks, with the entire event gallery being delivered within 30-60 days.
Want them faster? Expedited editing services may be available, for an additional fee.

WHAT SIZE IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
We believe that size matters. So, we give full-size, un-watermarked digital images.

WILL I GET EVERY PICTURE YOU TAKE?
During a shoot, we do our best to capture all aspects of your family, group, or event. No moment will be missed, and you will receive a range of the best images from your shoot.
